Hello everyone, Id thought I just write this blog post to provide an honest history about my machine world life as MSDeal when I was 12 to 14
I joined the Trino games community forums back in 2012, when 1.5 was just released, but before I joined I always enjoyed viewing the blog posts. I remember taking part in many forum topics, such as the 1.6 and 1.5.8 discussion threads, General chat and many more competitions. One of my favourite things was the fake but fun machine market place where, I fact got the iconic avatar that appears on twitter and many places on this site.
However there a bad side to my interactions towards the Trino games, where I was banned twice. I think I was banned once for 5 days and then once for 3 years, and id like to talk a bit about that now. I did talk about it on a tweet but I deleted before this support machine world mission was serious. The first ban I received was for acting like a mod and breaking an advertising rule and while it wasn't an official reason for the first ban, I used to stick up for members about to get banned which I am sure added to the first list of reasons. The second ban was for a bigger list of reasons but the main reason was for arguing with a lot of members and moderators and Daniel forslund himself. The night that the 3 and half year ban came into effect, I for some reason snapped at the trino games staff and said " USELESS MODS" I can't remember how I got to the point of sending that text, I took some time off and my brain went completely blank and at point forgot I was cooling off. At some point I did remember this argument and jumped on to the computer and saw the message " once again deal is out of line ( Again ) and has be banned " following information to other members about to how to give feedback and about critique and stuff. And that was the start of my 3 year ban which lasted until 2015 I think.
I was able to return using another community account that I remembered creating, which I think I created on hoilday in another country, I also used a vpn or something to mask my Ip address as it was that kind of ban. When I was able to login to that account I was very quick to message the head moderator ( TheHelpfulOne ) and tell him that I was Deal ( MSDeal ) and that I was very sorry and still am for my actions that lead to a ban that can reveal was actually a life time. With my honesty I was able to use my second account to trial run my return which succeeded. Upon my return I don't think I had many fans and not many people did speak to me, but some people did give me a warm welcome back, which was all good.
Today at 22 years old I am even more appreciative of the trino games team and moderators for what they go through and what they have do to keep machine world running and the community server happy for everyone when it was up. If you are able to find these threads on website timemachine online type tools then I apologise for what you are about to see. I also appreciate the fact that Daniel's team have gone through many health and financial emergencies, which is something I don't believe that a certain group of us did not be sensitive enough to. At this time in my personal life, I really understand how this can slow development down significantly, which to Daniel I even more salute you for getting Machineworld 2 to the stage it is at now.
In future blogs you can expect to see how I have been investigating players Machine world 2 issues, which I have thoroughly tested with an xbox one controller and will be discussing the results very shortly.
